Il Castoro, being situated on the shores of Lake Martignano, which has direct access to a private road, has always been a great location to shoot film, television and advertising. With its proximity to Rome, its environment and its scenic location, it offers the ability to shoot in a picturesque setting and with low shipping costs.

Besides the apartments  are available as a makeup and rest players, thus avoiding additional costs motorhome hire and much more.

The majority of directors who wanted to include the environment and landscapes of the Castoro in their works, made shots in real time. This ability, combined with the almost total absence of urbanization all 'inside of the area has always been particularly appreciated for the natural which contributed to works produced on site.
