Located on the southern edge of ancient Tuscia Romana, our certified organic agritourism and agricultural-livestock farm are just 40 minutes from Rome, on the shores of Lake Martignano. Rightfully called "The Pearl of the Sabatini" this lake is considered one of the most beautiful and cleanest in Italy due to the complete absence of urbanization. The lake is entirely suitable for swimming.

The entire area falls within the Bracciano and Martignano Regional Park. As it is fully immersed in nature, reaching it necessarily requires the use of a car or motorcycle

No external animals are allowed in the entire facility.

Our hospitality offer includes the possibility of staying not only in accommodations located in an ancient farmhouse just 300 meters from the lake but also in our splendid agricamping, a one-of-a-kind experience situated right on the shores of the lake, just a few meters from the water. Here, we offer tent pitches as well as two stilt tents available for rent.

The outdoor dining service is available only during the opening period of our recreational area on the lake’s shore.
